Salamut Po Cabayan. My Tagalog is not so good. However I worked in a gold refinery and there is one modification you can make so you never loose your gold. Take the gold in your filter paper and put it in a crucible and heat from the bottom with a flame. This will burn up the paper and will make the gold powder stick together. Then later you can it it with a torch to melt it.

Oo pag natunaw na, 10% lang man yung sulfuric na galing sa battery, kung walang sulfuric optional man lang yun pwedi naman wala bro..

Boss yung tinunaw ko na gold foil sa muriatic at hydrogen peroxide.pagkatapos nilagyan ko ng sodium metabulsulfite hindi bumaba ang sodium parang naging kulay brown yung tubig peru walang nalaglag sa ilalim na gold powder ano ang gagawin ko ditu boss dadagdagan kopa ulit ng sodium metabulsulfite patulong ako boss sayang yung pinagpaguran ko

No just realy smb, Stump out work also, there are two types of stump out, patssium nitrate, and sodium meta bisulfite.

tubig lang yan boss, at nitric acid, halimbawa, yung scrap mo lailangan matakpan ng tubig, na distilled water hindi yung top water sa grepo kasi may chlorin yung sa grepo,tapos measure mo lang ang þubig kung ilang ML yun, pero dipindi yan sa scrap halimbawa gold plated pins, kailangan 1 is to 1 ration kung natakpan ang scrap gold plated pins sa distilled water ng 300ml, ganun din ang nitric acid, kung scrap gold plated finger gaya ng ram stickpwedi yan sa 1 to 2 ratio halimbawa natakpan ang scrap sa 400ml distileed water 200ml din ang nitric yan ang madali hindi kumplikado ang trabaho napaka dali matanggal ang gold doon.

you can precipitate gold using iron sulfate but most prepare is sodium metabi sulfite is better.
i use steel plate, dont use aluminun for heating.

I use nitric acid and hydrochloric acid to dissolve it but I can't neutralize the nitric acid. I tried I had no luck with urea, then iron sulphide has no results, I use hydrazine hydrot to recover.

Is not working because of sulfur, you need to roasting to remove sulfur first..and the best way are smelting process,

good evening here budd, this process isn't work with non magnetic, because non magnetic is mostly copper and not easily dissolve with hydrochloric alone, but you can do that by adding small amount of hydrogen peroxide, in Acid peroxid method but do not heat your solution gold well dissolve.

No, hydrochloric alone isn't work, You need oxygen hydrogen peroxide
If you mix your SMB with water first there is less loss of SO2 gas during addition and you will use less SMB.
Also ferrous sulphate is another way to precipitate gold and leaves all impurities in solution as it will drop only gold.

Your crucible broke because it does not look like you first seasoned it wirh borax it looks new.
Always treat new crucible with borax before use.
