Well, sure we as mammals, have thrived after the extinction of the giant reptile scaly green creatures. But, dinosaurs also evolved to something with something soft and colorful such as feathers : the Birds. So, mammals and birds (the avian-dinosaurs) still live today after the extinction of non-avian dinosaurs, pterosaurs, marine reptile and many more.
Also, the T-Rex lived closer in time to Human, than it did to Stegosaurus.

Some of these aren’t falsifying what the statement claims, they’re just changing the definition. Like the 5 senses and photographic memory. Everyone knows your brain isn’t a camera and they just have good memory, it’s just called a “photographic memory” to give it a name.
