Here are the list of things i use below
(1)Did you know?
Blending pineapple and cucumber creates a juice that will detoxify the colon and remove excess waste from the intestines. I have added Asian pear, Ginger, turmeric, lime

Pineapple cucumber is best enjoyed when you need a refreshing drink to cool down, typically during a hot day or after physical activity. It's also great to drink at the start of your day because it helps your body detox and cleanse
(2)Is pineapple and cucumber good for gut health?
This pineapple cucumber ginger smoothie is more than just a tasty treat; it's a blend of digestive wellness. Each ingredient is a powerhouse for promoting gut health and aiding those with IBD.
What is the main benefit of eating pineapple?
Impressive Health Benefits of Pineapple
It contains nutrients, antioxidants, and other compounds, such as enzymes that can protect against inflammation and disease.
(3)Does turmeric clean the liver?
Among its many benefits, Turmeric/Curcumin is especially beneficial to the Liver. The Curcumin part of Turmeric is a fat-soluble ingredient. It helps ensure the easy flow of the liver cleanser “Bile duct”. It also helps the liver by stopping alcohol and other toxins from turning harmful as that can damage the Liver.
(4)Asian pears are a good source of fiber and potassium. They are also saturated fat free and cholesterol free. Fiber promotes healthy cholesterol and blood pressure levels while potassium helps counteract the high sodium content in other foods, which also helps to lower blood pressure.
(4) i added 1 lime
Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants - both of which may offer health benefits. Eating limes or drinking the juice may improve immunity, reduce heart disease risk factors, prevent kidney stones, aid iron absorption, and promote healthy skin. Avoid limes if you're allergic to citrus fruit.
