This dish is very precise but please remember that every gut is different. Do what works for you and your gut microbiotia, if eating this results in cramps, diarrhea, or constipation, than stop and avoid it or try to incorporate it slowly (spoon by spoon every day or other day or even once a week). Each person's microbiotia is different and a sudden change or overwhelming your preexisting microbiotia leads to dysbiosis and sickness. To be healthy is to be consistent and not just some sudden change in life style!

But after a few years suddenly having eggs would lead to stomach cramps, gas ( and diarrhea in worse cases). I have no problem eating egg containing bakery products though. Is it because of undercooking or stuff like that? Or is it that suddenly my body can handle only little amount of egg? Any way to reverse this intolerance?

Fun fact - like the Tztaziki based Greek cucumber salad, the raita can be made with cucumber only too. Now indians do add chaat masala (combination of pink salt, chilli, cumin, amchur/dried mango powder, pomegranate seed powder) which can also make it extra digestive and probiotic friendly (as pomegranate seeds have lot of antioxidants) though sumac is ok too. Also feel free to add chopped fresh coriander or parsley leaves if you want extra kick or it's optional. Another variation is called Pachadi and is popular in South India.

I really relate to and appreciate the way you present your awakening experience. It’s so hard to explain so many of these things. Videos I had made trying to explain any of this, are kinda long gone now 😂 lol I could find some relics from 2019 on my old laptop.
I still barely know what is even happening. I feel like a floating spine, my whole muscular pulley system and all the fibers and sinews feel like they fizzled and broke down to be rebuilt yet again, on a second or third round of the same cycle of complete dissolving.. I started and stopped smoking weed many times, including almost a whole year off last year.. exercising, yoga, walking for days, or binging foods, fasting, etc.. falling in love with some people, including such crazy dreams and seeing everyone in my dreams. I’ve seen so many people, from high school, from TH-cam, from college, family.. random people.. prophetic dreams, crazy earth shattering deja vus or just dazed and floating around, travelling allll around in a van trying DESPERATELY to find a place! I literally watched an Avatar video breakdown on that chakras bit, it was like a few months ago.. it was titled like “how a kids show perfectly described spiritual awakening chakras” or something. The thing of falling in love was crazy.. I didn’t really have a particular “catalyst” person, per se, but definitely particular people sparked or coincided with new levels and phases and reflections.. one person I felt immensely in love with, sort of spurred me on to finally take the initiative to move out, of my home town to a new place, finally get my own place an apartment, and then from there I’ve been in a van almost 2 years now and been in some different east coast places, it really got hectic!! It still kinda does get hectic 😅
I still think of the people from my journey. But none of them are really there, they never quite were “my people”, or at least, some certain cycle of redemption has yet to return and bring me back into some sort of resolution and reunion with them.. so many mysteries, so many dreams and astral planes, mental spheres.. 🧐😭
I cried so much, and then stopped for a while. Even writing this comment feels disobedient to my higher self. It’s as if he says, “nothing will pan out from this either”, so often I’m called to just take another hit and hang it up to see what tomorrow brings. Day after day after day, knowing I can chill in the same area and stuff, but with no people at all to guide my life with no direction, it is intense training. 😢soul love, I don’t super believe in it anymore 😢 it comes and goes with different faces associated, and different types of “true self” ego image in the dreams.. they are only a memory, when I wake up I recount. They may feel real, or even super vivid, so often more real than the so called vigil state.. I still don’t know if that deep heart love I felt was “real”.. ofc it was real, so to speak, but when you associate it with the woman in your dream that you saw! Well, you don’t even know who that face was.. you may think you do, but in my case, I just found tricks and gaslighting.. unable to prove anything so far, since 2020 I felt strongly as if the only true achievement or like growth I had left was to ultimately unite with a truly mutualistic and harmonious soul relation.. I know many will say, we are all one, we can be in love with all life with all the one conscious universe, life can be so sweet when we see we are the entire ocean in a drop.. but then ego ? returns time and time again saying, yes but WHO is for you? WHO are you?? Nothing but an awareness aperture, why does the non dual philosophy of Ramana maharshi etc, why does the teaching about eternal one self Atman feel so TRUE and YET so LOVELESS?? 😢😂. So impersonal and cold, isn’t that the greatest question, for us about Buddhism and philosophy of the soul and yea 😅 I’m ranting,
Your art is dope so cool 💚☀️😃 be well be well my friend 🙏🏻

The difference in quality is HUGE.
It's super duper easy to make at home, but in restaurants the problem is that it starts losing it's flavor as soon as it's made. So it's sitting there for 1-12 hours before you consume it, and it loses all it's freshness and a lot of flavor.
