It depends on your taste. Do you like it tasting more cream cheesy lol or more like icing with cream cheese. Start with 3 and give it a taste. I eat this like it’s ice cream. I’m nit kidding you lol. I freeze it and scoop out a ball of this lovely treat and nipple on it mmmm lol. Someone gave me a tip that I love. They suggested I add a tablespoon of lemon juice either from lemon or bottle and Omg so good. It’s not like it tastes like lemon it doesn’t. But it adds something that made my famous cream cheese icing even better!

You could use unsalted. Nothing fancy. Just regular butter.

Try using cream cheese on the colder firmer side. Then adding it after combining the butter and powdered sugar.
