Mine trains will always be my favorite type of roller coasters. There not super scary but still has some thrills for people like me who don't like super scary roller coasters. My favorite mine train is Thunderation at Silver Dollar City in Branson Missouri.
I love how people think a roller coaster has to be a 300ft super amazing YOLO machine to be called a roller coaster. Why can't people think of the simple rides that while being kind of small can still pack a bit of punch. But Road Runner Railway sucks, my ribs will never forgive my for that.
It's good but you should try the others! They are so much smoother! It's such a better experience. I recommend trying Nitro. It's super high in the sky so it'll get your coaster love moving!
There is a reason why this coaster has been around since the 70's ...one of the first tubes and easy to maintain..not fast but nostalgic and fun..my most fond memories are from the west side of the park
I rode this in '78 or '79, a few years after it opened, and again in '99. I'm surprised it's still there. This is a good warm up ride if you plan on going on the larger coasters there or as a transitional ride from the kiddie coaster to the bigger ones. The original Runaway Mine Train in Six Flags Texas (1966), also on video here, seems longer, has 3 lifts and a better theme, but seems a bit slower. Hershey Park has a Trailblazer Mine Train which seems as fast this one but with no theme whatsoever.
Wow, I've never been on that ride in my life, and I've never been to that part of New Jersey, but deja vu turned into a memory of a dream I had of being on this coaster... or one just like it. Even the big coaster off to the left when going up the first lift popped out of my memory.
The thing I don’t like about this ride is it’s really rough at the ending like there’s a huge bump at the end and everyone on that ride was like “OUCH”
Tbh I really liked this ride as a kid and probably still have that capacity to like this. I’m not one for the bigger more intense roller coasters so this is perfect for me.
I went on this ride yesterday and I’m really trying to conquer my fear of rollercoasters. I’m really surprised I didn’t freak out. I had one hand up most of the time. It wasn’t that bad. Mind you, I’m SCARED of rollercoasters lol
Here's the thing: I was in your position. You're not scared of the ride, the fact you haven't been on it makes the anticipation larger. I had the same problem. Then, my friend forced me on nitro, and I wasn't even scared.
I rode this back in 74 when it first opened. I never was a rollercoaster person and I was dragged on by then sisters boyfriend, (I was 12). It scared me. My eyes were closed the whole ride.
Oh god. I found my new favorite ride. F*ck X2! F*ck Skyrush! F*ck Kingda Ka! Runaway Mine Train- the infamous whiplash coaster! This should be the number 1 steel coaster on the Mitch Hawker poll. It's the best vekoma mine train in existence!!!
Dear, Deathbyillusion you helped me come over my fear of roller coasters! im going to disney with my friends this year and i plan on riding mount everest, the 200 foot coaster :D Thanks A lot sincerely- Jackson Catlett
Probably the best videos I've seen of Mine Train, Bizarro, Green Lantern, Rolling Thunder, and El Toro. Hope you've got videos from Batman, Nitro, Superman, and Kingda Ka too!
This is probably the weakest Arrow mine train, being built entirely on flat land with very sparse theming. Still, that final turn over the water is a ton of fun I always make sure to ride this classic every time I visit.
***** wait lol this is a rollercoaster? ohh xD i thought it was a kiddy ride xD omg im not being mean im just surprised because i had a straight face the whole time and she was screaming so loud
you know mine trains are dangerous it was back in around 2002 that the mine train at Alton towers crashed which ended up killing 2 people and injuring the rest the ride can be dangerous some times :(

It’s not the point it needs to be smooth
@@michaeltoobased I don’t need it to be smooth. If it’s rough with no steep drops or circles, I WILL GLADY TAKE IT
My first rollercoaster ever! I love this ride :)
It's good but you should try the others! They are so much smoother! It's such a better experience. I recommend trying Nitro. It's super high in the sky so it'll get your coaster love moving!
@@Miuu_i They said it was there first rollercoaster, not the favorite! I think you might have misunderstood them!
@@Panduzzle no no I didn't! :) I just wanted to tell them some other options of rides I might think are better, since it was there first.
@@Miuu_i Oh well sorry then! :)
Goes much faster in real life
Yep!!!!I went on it yesterday n thought this was a kiddie ride for little kids when I was going down I said not a KIDDIE ride
Oh yeah it’s super fast irl
Yea I went today and was buff but when I Was going down I was like hell no

I went on yesterday and it was actually fast
I don't know, I just find this ride to be thrilling, but tame at the same time, and I kinda like it. :)

This brings back the best memories ever.
this. is NOT. a kiddie ride!
+hatin hoes People forget this WAS the original coaster, for adults and kids in 1974. The second coaster to fully operate i think was Rolling Thunder.
Sorta is...
Bradly105 Bradly105 it really isn't
+Kima Saïs Its a good first roller coaster in my opinion.
Chris Hausheer I think skull mountain would be better because of the small drop 😊
The thing I don’t like about this ride is it’s really rough at the ending like there’s a huge bump at the end and everyone on that ride was like “OUCH”
This looks like a fun ride!!!!!
The best rides I’ve ever rode.
I went on this ride when I was 6. I actually wanted to go on it again. Now, no thank you
When I was 7 yrs old This was my serious favorite ride I'd go on it over and over
Thanks and I will if you keep watching!
Six Flags Great Adventure is in Jackson, NJ on the East Coast of the U.S. There are numerous amusement parks all over the country.
I lost my hat on this damn ride.
Slytherin's heir YES. It’s probably floating around in the water somewhere 🙄🙄🙄. I bought a new one though 😁🤙🏽
Slytherin's heir I WANT MY OLD HAT BACK! We had memories together 😢😢😢😂
Was your have blue and red?
If so I saw it
Tbh I really liked this ride as a kid and probably still have that capacity to like this. I’m not one for the bigger more intense roller coasters so this is perfect for me.
this is the most painful ride i've ever been on in my life

2014 was soooo long ago!
Thomas is that you?
This ride is my childhood
Choo Choo
i love this video
Thanks and of course!
It's SO much more faster and fun in real life. Very fast and fun to ride! I rode it today, it was a lot of fun.
I rode on this and I almost fell of my seat legit it lifted me off
It's supposed to do that. It's called airtime
And new memories cause there will be new stuff to ride and see.
When I saw the thing of water, I thought it was a chocolate river
cherry star you'll see one at Hershey park😊
Sophia Velez
Hey, I’ve see your comment before!
I rode this back in 74 when it first opened. I never was a rollercoaster person and I was dragged on by then sisters boyfriend, (I was 12). It scared me. My eyes were closed the whole ride.
aww haha
I first rode it in '78. I'm not surprised it's still there. It's a good ride.
My son is 7 he never closed his eyes or screamed ur a baby when u where 12
It has *SUCH* a beautiful layout.....
Yeah! The best Arrow Dynamics Vekoma-like mine train
(HUGE SHOCK GASP) How dare you insult X2 and Skyrush! They are AWESOME COASTERS! You never insult my favorite coaster, MILLENNIUM FORCE!
BryceFourn 2001 Exactly.
I love this ride 💁🏻
Does anyone else think this train looks like Thomas?
True
That junior coaster that used to be called goliath jr has fricking Thomas and percy
omg i was thinking that too when i went on it
That was my first thought.
Hypershadic23 yep!
Dear,
Deathbyillusion you helped me come over my fear of roller coasters! im going to disney with my friends this year and i plan on riding mount everest, the 200 foot coaster :D Thanks A lot
sincerely- Jackson Catlett
hello deathbyillusion , i have a question for you , do you use go pro for on ride movie , thank guy it's really cool video , bye
I roed this once when we were in a school fieldtrip to this country and it was actually fun even if its kind of for kids or something it was too...
That's cool when it goes over the water. There should be a mine/cave somewhere, ah well :) nice video!
Always love your videos
Rode on this as a kid felt like I was gonna fall out out lol
Probably the best videos I've seen of Mine Train, Bizarro, Green Lantern, Rolling Thunder, and El Toro. Hope you've got videos from Batman, Nitro, Superman, and Kingda Ka too!
aww yeah this the real ride right here
What do you use to film?
Wow your welcome!
I like this ride
went on this yesterday, was super fast and the drops got me scared.
I went on this ride and honestly it wasn’t that bad. Not a kid ride but I did enjoy it. Super fast, but not scary
Im going to six flags soon :D haven't been there since i was a young child so there will be a lot of memories that will be brought back
Bro I cried on this
Thanks and it was my seat cause the other train had the front seat roped off and you couldn't get on it.
what would you say is the least scariest six flags park?
i would love to have your job keep up the good vids
This ride hurts lmao
I was there Tuesday.... Boy it was a hot day
Great job, bro!
What happens if you drop your camera?
2:02 obliterated my thighs, there were red marks on them for hours afterwards lmao
I went here with my school today, it's way more faster and crazy!
They need to redesign/fix up some of the stuff on this ride because it feels to rough and dangerous when I went on it yesterday
This is probably the weakest Arrow mine train, being built entirely on flat land with very sparse theming. Still, that final turn over the water is a ton of fun I always make sure to ride this classic every time I visit.
My favorite ride in great adventure love this one
kingda ka is better
***** WAIT ITS THE BEST ROLLERCOASTER OF THEM ALL
***** wait lol this is a rollercoaster? ohh xD i thought it was a kiddy ride xD omg
im not being mean im just surprised because i had a straight face the whole time and she was screaming so loud

i find this one of the best rides at the park
Your name is literally Nitro lol
This ride is a kiddie ride but it’s fun lmao
You should go to Michigan Adventure land :)
They have some pretty cool coasters ^u^
I got scared when I was young because I thought I would fall into the lake
I've been scared of going on this for awhile.. And I wanna try it. Should I? I've only been on the Harley Quinn roller coaster from great adventures.
biker74 EPic I love the harley quinn!!!
biker74 EPic it's a must do
This ride is very rough and bumpy, but a good starting coaster.
You did this 3 in the morning?! Well it's not dark :(
this ride will HURT you
Is this 6 flags in New Jersey?
Yes
Nick Gonzalez yes
As someone who loves in New Jersey and goes here all the time, I can confirm that this is in New Jersey,
Yes it is
Yes
Oh! Oops! I thought you had fond this in RCT3... My bad, man!
Have you ever got stuck on any rides?

Grammar Guru yes
Can you do the one from six flags st. louis
I use to go six flags
Where are these parks at like what part or country is it set?
this is extremely late but they are all around the world, but this specific ride is set in jackson, new jersey.
Some of my videos I do others I don't. I use different cameras for different situations.
The only bad part is when they yank you up before the water
Yeah there isnt a lot.
Wow i went to six flags today and it's the same
is it rough
For some reason i dint see this one
Being a fat teen, this is my favorite at Great Adventure.
You always get the front seat
I sat right next 2 were u 2 sat. lol
I wish they could of made el toro go over the water like that
This ride is super jerky in real life
you know mine trains are dangerous it was back in around 2002 that the mine train at Alton towers crashed which ended up killing 2 people and injuring the rest the ride can be dangerous some times :(
I thought it was a kiddie coaster but it was sum else
I'm kinda disappointed that they didn't theme the ride at all.
And go to splash country!!!! preferably on the 1st of august.... o_____o lol
Much faster than you think
You gotta be little for this to be your favorite ride
