I use this same buttercream and it is a game changer I can eat it with a spoon by it self taste like ice cream 😋my customers LOVE IT!! But I use a different vanilla flavoring 🙌🏽

@@ElmosWrld300 no that’s normal! Just mix in more sugar and even vanilla bean paste like mentioned to your liking. I personally don’t like an overly sweet frosting with cake. But def add vanilla bean paste! You’ll love it.
I made this tonight. To frost 2 cakes. Both cakes were frozen. After I was done decorating, and went to put them in the fridge, I noticed that 1 side of the Cake had cracked. I had to smooth it back out and redecorate. I'm afraid it will do it overnight and be ruined for tomorrow's gathering. Can someone explain.. is using a frozen or cold cake the problem?

@@everythingjustbaked It came out too thick and i can still taste the butter. I mixed it for about 10 minutes, but i did stop in between to scrape the sides.
@@jewelempress9134 it’s necessary for this recipe. Otherwise just make an actual Swiss meringue or American buttercream. Pretty much everywhere sells it, it’s just carton egg whites
@@jameskeathley7244 we never experienced it being too salty but everyone has different preferences. Just increase the sugar or cut back on the salt. Easy fix, no need to overreact 😭

Salted butter. I prefer it for baking as well. I just reduce the salt in the food. But the butter tastes better if salted, just like any other food.

Yes it pipes amazing! I would just not mix it on low for as long as that softens it. But super stable, it’s all I use

How thick is your cake board? Often times the cake is too heavy. This will cause cracking too

Just half the recipe and put it in one pan and bake it.
