So I have the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. Did some looking around cuz I was having same problem with same message. Came across a post on Reddit of other people having same situation with their Androids. So for Android help: Go to Settings, scroll down to Apps, go to Contacts, scroll down to Storage and at the bottom there should be 'clear data' and 'clear cache'. They say to 'clear data' (it won't delete any contacts). I've done this and it worked for me. I also accidentally did the 'clear cache' as well but it didn't seem to effect anything else. So I would do just the 'clear data' and if that alone doesn't work, try the 'clear cache' and see if that helps. ....hope this message helps.
