Probably QEMU because of how fast it can be compared to vbox and the others, but: 1: it’s not easy to use, and you might want to install another program that can act as an interface for it 2: “virtualization” emulates just the OS and uses your actual CPU. “Emulation” emulates the entire CPU as well, so “emulation” is better than “virtualization”. If qemu is unusually slow it might be “emulating” instead of “virtualizing”
Need a little help ! im using Mac M1 i tried to install VirtualBox & there is a beta version fro M1 but its not support. what sholud i do what to use to work in M1

UTM for Mac runs in Apple silicon and makes QEMU simpler to use and setup.
wmware workstation (free for personal use) or virtualbox
I'll just mention Quickemu, it's a wrapper of qemu which makes running any os super easy (easier than even UIs I'd argue)
