Ingredients :
Fresh Tomatoes 5
Fresh Beetroot 1
Spring onion 1 long
Butter 2 tbs
Olive oil or Ghee 1 tbs
Whole red Chillies 2
Grated ginger, 1 whole red chillies and garlic 1 tbs
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Saunth or dried Ginger powder 1 tsp
Cornflour 3 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required for adjusting consistency
