Ingredients for the Sabji:
Fresh Cauliflower 1
Fresh peas Half kilo
Potatoes 1 large
Fresh chopped tomatoes 1
Corriander powder 1 and half tsp
Haldi powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder half tsp
Curry powder with Gatam masala 1 tsp
Deghi mirch powder half tsp
Salt to taste
Jeera or Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds or Methi dana 1 tsp
Oil for cooking
For Parathas:
Whole wheat Flour 2 cups
Salt to taste
Water required for kneading
Ghee or oil for cooking
