For mocking Tech's death, as well as capturing Omega, experiment on innocent clones, and even kids, Hemlock finally get what he deserves. I hope in heaven the souls of the clones he and the Empire killed like Tech and Mayday, haunt him alongside the Imperials who mistreated clones for the rest of their eternal lives. Ironically, Hemlock died in a similar pose that Tech died, that was for Tech.
Well Micah Bell in RDR2 got multiple head shots in the head, at least where I shot him. And he just walked around for a couple seconds before falling and then died.
I love the blaster effects when they hid the body because it’s like a painful thud than the clone wars when it’s just the sound of the shot then fizzing where as in the bad batch you can almost feel how powerful it is

@@user-fn8sy9tb4d well to put it in perspective some old head I used to work wit in Philly told me abt the time some shawty had snitched on him or cheated on him I can’t remember all the details but basically he got out of prison n shot her up wit an assault rifle n apparently he shot her so many times it took a good few seconds for her body to finally hit the ground imagine the rounds must’ve been hitting her nerves or something Hemlock is getting shot by laser bolts n they seem more damaging than a bullet so maybe that’s why
God, the Kiners absolutely killed it with the soundtrack in this scene. It perfectly builds the tension during the standoff before cutting out completely to let you focus on the pure catharsis of seeing Hemlock get absolutely obliterated by Hunter and Crosshair. Then as soon as the music comes back, you know everything's going to be okay. I realized with this scene how much control they have with their instrumentation. Every season has one big moment where they bring out the trumpets in full force for maximum impact. In season 1, it was the destruction of Kamino, in season 2, it was Tech's sacrifice, and here, it was Hemlock's death.
I always thought Hemlock might escape so he later could be the Project Blackwing developer, but his death disclosed me unless he did it before his demise. Hemlock may be dead, but his legacy lives on as Project Necromancer will later be overseen by Brendol Hux as he mentioned it in the Mandalorian.
I actually liked Hemlock’s development, especially at the end of the finale, he seems chillingly calm in most situations but he truly seems horrified about his potential face as he’s staring down Crosshair and Hunter. He was an interesting antagonist and definitely not a force you’d want to reckon with if you were in one of those Clone’s places. Unless of course you’re Clone Force 99. Then you just gotta show up at his super secret base, wreak havoc and chaos and piss him off. But he showed his ruthless side a bunch like torturing Crosshair, isolating the children in the vault and treating them like tools and his treatment of Omega when she steps out of line under his watch. He was quite the psychotic freak with what he did to the Clones and building up an immunity to dioxis (which was kind of freaky) all of which made him feel like he was a well written villain. But he certainly got what was coming to him when Crosshair and Hunter plugged him full of laser bolts.
0:40 that high-pitched grunt got me real hard. It sounded like one of those victims of abuse that finally gets the courage to fight back at the predator.
The only thing I didn’t like about this is that I usually prefer for villains to survive just so they can witness the consequences of their failure. Rampart was a good example, but he didn’t necessarily fail, the empire just turned against him. Hemlock, on the other hand, actually failed in his duties. And I wanted him to see the outcome of that failure beyond just being killed. Maybe Tarkin or even Palpatine would have some words for him for losing all the data on the empire’s most important contingency plan. I’m still keen on him dying after the fact, though.
Blasters are not bullets. The bolt enters the body and instantly ignites the internal organs. The initial shot was absorbed by the armor he wore but every other shot basically cooked him alive from the inside out. How dl we know? Remember when obi wan shot grevious? That's why blasters are effective against most life forms ( and why they are used over bullets). They wanted to Zap him into he burst into flames or fell of the edge. One or the other.
One thing you are forgetting is the color of the blaster bolts. It's not necessarily a way to show the good and the bad guys but it also has a reason. You see blue plasma is much hotter than the red one, so against droids the clones used a hotter plasma and then after the war, there was no need for such power, so everyone switched ot red blasters.

I'm glad that Dr. Hemlock is finally dead after all the evil deeds he did to the Bad Batch, Omega, the children he imprisoned, and the rest of the clones.

You can tell this kill was personal to the both of them. One blaster shot would've done it, but they plugged him with multiple.
Im not sure, I mean he got shot once and stood tall and aimed his blaster so they shot him more and he took a while to go down.

Thats true in thr clone wars blasts had more stopping power but the blasters during the empire's reign had more penetration and thermal energy.
