This is how I would have written the final we see the bad batch have been captured by the cx troopers or cx squad then we switch to echo and the clone prisoners fighting cx4, cx5 and cx6. While this is going on omega is on the top of the training rooms floor trying to free wrecker from his cuffs but while this going on she is spotted by cx3 as omega tries shooting at the trooper he just takes the blasts as if there nothing then as he captures omega hemlock comes in the room with cx2 then he activities the poison gas in the training room killing some of the clone prisoners as echo is fighting the other cx members cx4 jumps in and tries to stab echo but he moves out of the way just in time and throws him to the ground but before he can get to his blaster it is kicked away by cx6. We cut back to the top floor of the training room where something strange happens omega looks out of the corner of her eye and sees cx2 walking over to crosshair but to her surprise he is removing one of his cuffs and whisperers get ready brother at moment crosshair thinks he remembers that voice and looks up and see cx2 but with the top part of his mask off he is shocked to see its his brother tech. Then he looks over at omega and gives her a nod then we see wrecker break free from his cuffs and then throws then at side of hunters cuffs freeing him but also damaging the machine shutting down the poison gas in the training room. Echo is still being held hostage and hemlock is confused by this then we see cx2 shooting at commander scorch a few times then he looks over and sees hunter and wrecker out of their cuffs and then he runs over and helps them. Hemlock then grabs omega and the drive containing the date for project star dust. Then as cx2 is helping hunter we see wrecker charging at cx3 and they both fall into the lower level of the training room that gives echo enough time to disarm cx6 and get his blaster back then as cx5 is going to attack echo he is shot multiple times in the chest and once in the head killing cx5 then echo looks over and sees wrecker holding one of the clone prisoners blasters then behind him cx3 is still alive and gets ready to attack wrecker but then he is shot multiple times in his chest then in his head killing him as well. Then cx6 shows up from behind one of the barricades an shots at echo but luckily he moves out of the way in time returning fire on cx6 then back in the top level of the training room we see hunter picking up cx3 electric staff but then we see another cx trooper cx7 show up and tries to attack crosshair but before hunter could react this new cx trooper is shot multiple times and drops to the floor and to both hunter and crosshair surprise it was by cx2 then he walks over to the dead cx trooper and takes his blaster and gives it to crosshair as this is going on hunter points the electric staff at him asking why did he release crosshair from his cuffs why was he helping them then cx2 reveals that he heard omega talking to him before then he says sorry it took me so long to come back hunter and crosshair are confused but it soon turns to shock as cx2 removes his mask and this cx trooper is none other than tech. Hunter and crosshair run to tech and the three brothers impressive each other in a hug and hunter with tears in his eyes says how and tech says after he sacrificed himself and fell from the train car some of hemlocks tk troopers found him and they experimented on him turning him into cx2 but after he saw his goggles back on pubo and heard omega talking to him he slowly started to brake free from the programs control then when saw the rest of the bad batch being tortured that was the last push he needed to break free tech then says there will be time for catching up later right now they have to save omega so hunter picks up one of blasters and tech gives crosshair his rifle and tells him no matter what we never leave our brothers behind and he gave crosshair a smile and he returned it now hunter and crosshair along with tech go after omega. Then we see echo in the training room looking for cx6 then next to the dead body of cx5 we see cx4 picking up his helmet and vibro blade but before he can attack echo he is grabbed by wrecker and is slammed into one of the barricades so hard his head goes through causing sparks to come out then cx6 comes behind echo he is also shot multiple times and killed echo looks over and sees that one of the clone prisoners vik is still alive and saved him they both share nod. Then we cut to hemlock and scorch run onto one of the lunch pads with omega but their ship is shot down then tech back to his old self shots and kills scorch omega looks over and see her brothers and tech she was surprised then we switch to crosshair,hunter and tech they wait for the right moment the crosshair shots the cuffs on omega's hand freeing her and then tech and hunter continue shot hemlock until he falls off the edge and into the depths of the ocean below its finally over as we see omega running and impressing her brothers especially tech and she tells him that she missed him so much and tech response I missed you too kid and with that the bad batch now back together again along with the other clone prisoners escape the facility as it burns to the ground.
