Thank you gentlemen for you’re work!!!! We need you guys. I have been a functioning opiate addict for the last 20 years looking for a solution. We need more resources and people who have knowledge and actual care!!!!!
Naltrexone is awesome, but there are still cases of people relapsing while on Vivitrol, and dying. It’s rare, but it definitely can happen when fentanyl is involved. Recovery or death, those are your choices.
But I did the Colman Institute rapid detox for dependent of prescription methadone. I came there on a 17mg. I did 8 day's and was amazing. They put the Naltrexone implant in. That night I went home I went into acute withdrawal. Just trying to understand. I never had cravings I was just dependent from being prescribed. Why after 8 days of the Ultra Rapid Detox at Colman Institute then I come home after the implant and my body is still Spasms like withdrawal symptoms. Help me understand why this is happening. HELP! The Colman Institute was a God sent, I just need help understanding why this is happening. PLEASE IF YOU CAN GIVE ME INSITE WHY THIS IS HAPPENING.
Hi Jerry - Self-motivation is definitely a key component of getting into and staying in recovery. That said, when surveyed, most of our patients found our withdrawal management approach was easier and more comfortable than any previous method they had tried.
I am on methadone I am at 87mg I am tapering down 1 MG a week. I am tired of being on methadone, iv tried self detoxing and failed multiple times because the pain was to much for me to handle. Worse than child birth in my opinion...I live in spokane and I want to try the Coleman Seattle clinic. How much does it cost roughly? Do u take care credit? How painful will it be ?
Hi dear sir. im using opium in smoking's shape for 2 years once i quited for 3 moths but i had a horrible chronic pains and sexual problem then i started taking opium again. so sir if i try naltrexone tablets will it help me to withdraw or completely quite opium without sleeping and chronic pains. thanks waiting for your reply
Hi Holly & Bolly - Thanks for your question. In our experience, quitting opium will allow the body to go back to normal over time and often actually decreases the chronic pain. Small doses of naltrexone appear to speed up the healing process. We have seen over time that long-acting formulations of naltrexone are much more successful than tablets.
Methadone is a phenomenal drug, when given with the proper after care and counseling. I don’t understand why people trash it. It should be more widely available.
Hi I'm on 65mg methadone, the clinic I was in lost counselors, and I was using it for pain and when it was timeto taper my counselor had me decreasing gabbepenten klonipin methadone and seroquel, she got fired I was with no counselor for over a month tapering like she said and almost died, I had seizures, I wanted advise I told them if I didn't get advise I'm writing them up because the clinic broke federal rules and I have proof it's still a problem there trying to fix but, the main 4 ppl did something called gaslighting me and got my rides cut off and I a hour away. Idk what I can do want them in trouble they know I'm down to 65 mg and 4weeks to taper. I have a job in the summer that in almost lost because of covid but this year I have work I can do my buissness again but this messed me all up.

If I was on a desert island with no cigarette I would start smoking the sand.
