I had to buy a new water pump for my veken water fountain. They sent me one back with a light .what do I do with the light my other one didn't have a light

I love this fountain although it didn't come with a filter that goes inside the clear part I don't mind because I love cleaning it
Sadly, this fountain died on us recently. We ended up getting an upgraded version of this fountain.
All the documentation says turn LED to the back but the pictures show it turned the other way. I'm confused.
The only way it’ll fit us toward the front.

Just was needing clarification on which side goes up on the charcoal filter.
I've been putting it round-side up. I think so long as the water is passing through it, the placement really doesn't matter.
Hi! I just wanted to ask if the water stars coming right up when plug it or does it take a while? I have a similar one to yours and the water doesnt come up right away after plugging it
It comes up immediately.
I literally have one and gave my a wash because it wasn't throwing water but I figured out have to fix it

@@CG0217 I took every apart you should be able to see a pump take it out and pull it apart which you could then you should see a metal circle that connects to something that also has metal that looks like a little propeller
Take that off and you should see gunk
Because that's how I took mine off
Just clean it with soap use a sponge and clean everything well then rinse it then put everything back into its place then make sure everything is dry just don't wet the changer and then reconnect the fountain then you want to add water to the lines you should also see a blue light showing where to pour the water then you're done!!
@@CG0217 also just make sure to clean the water every 2 or 3 weeks

How do you know when the water is running low to refill it? I don’t see an indicator on the fountain itself.
Good question! You'll hear it. I typically put in a couple cups of water every few days, change the water every week, and change the big filter every other week, and the small filter once a month.

Mine stop working all of a sudden.
Well that sucks. I overfilled this one and it ended up dying on me. That was my fault though. I got the upgraded version of this fountain and they work good, but they're awful noisy.
These things get nasty dirty and are hard to clean
Agreed. I tossed it out and used a different model. I got two of them and wash them once a week with two kittens.
