HEY CAN THE BEHRINGER MIDI PEDAL CONTROL VST PLUGINS SAY IF YOU HAD IT CONNECTED TO A KEMPER AND YOU WANT TO ARM A VALHALLA REVERB VST COULD IT DO THIS?

Hi - no experience with that exact combination but I would say it should be possible. I have my FCB1010 set up so it can turn effects on and off in Guitar Rig 6 pro which is a VST. Also worth noting that the FCB1010 can send 2 CC messages, 5 program changes, 1 note value and control 2 exp pedals per preset and....each of these 10 parameters can be sent to individual MIDI channels, so you can control/trigger multiple piece of kit at the same time.
