No issues.
I paid my Axis credit card bill using 3rd party app, there was no restrictions.
PayTM started restricting but other apps are working till now.

Just now (July 2) I used cred to pay my credit card payment and no issues . Got some rewards too.
PayTM started restricting but other apps have not started yet.
Cred started cheating they shows as if all amount paid but when bill got generated there is some amount pending

That doesn't matter. It depends on the bank account you linked with Paytm. SBI, Bank of Baroda, Federal and other two banks are linked with BBPS. So if you hold an account with those 5 banks, then no need to worry. Please watch the full video before you comment. Thank you.
