Monaco land extension project, Portier roundabout a crucial infrastructure

While the majority of construction for the new district is carried out at sea (construction of the backfill, immersion of the caissons, creation of the surface to build on), on land there are also building operations that are decisive for the realisation of the project.
These operations essentially fall into two categories:
connecting the offshore extension to the existing coastline and creating access for pedestrians and vehicles to enter and exit Anse du Portier.
the creation of networks that will serve the future district and give it its viability.
These operations are at the centre of the work in progress at the Portier roundabout, in the middle of the street, only a few dozen metres from the current coastline and the main site of the offshore extension.
