Fence Finale - Time to Set Them Puppies Free

Hey Y'all!! Welcome back to our slow garden channel. Starting fresh over 40!
Just another Day in the Life to work work work!! No one else will be doing it for us. So work work work it is.
Entering Summertime this year is so much cutting down trees and cleaning up trees, feels like it will never end sometimes. Today we FINALLY go the new front yard fenced in!! We need badly to keep the deer out to protect this garden oasis we are trying to create! This also allows us to work in the yard with the dogs - not when trees come down of course, they go back inside for all that. This has been a long awaited goal of ours to give them a huge area to run in. I am so glad they all had a chance to enjoy it.
This is only one of many projects of course. Been averaging temps around 100*f, having to take lots of breaks to cool off and get some water in.
The pollen is strong these days. The caterpillars grow larger, poop helmets starting to be required haha but not haha.
Been wearing a mask when I go outside a lot lately, to try to keep out the larger particles of ...whatever may be falling out of the trees. The amount that is floating through the air is crazy.

Clearing and creating a front yard for Gardening/Permaculture area, staycation, living within the Manistee Forest in Michigan, building up a little piece of heaven for ourselves once again. #startingover

#patience .... hope - #hope we can get it all in the ground and start to enjoy it before our hands fall off and our backs are completely broken. ha.

I have fallen behind for a few reasons, but I am working to keep these videos in order, to compare in the future, as the trees come down, the yard changes and the garden progresses.
I'm excited for what is to come. We have started planting as we can - without putting it all in harm's way with all the tree felling ongoing. So many trees down, yet so many to go.
Hoping to have a few more upcoming videos while I have some down time this season.

Oh nice gates, great job on the fencing, and plenty warm there, that is too bad the deer ate the plants but nice to have them around, love lilacs, happy dogs lots of energy, great progress and nice video share
