  • This webinar looks at efforts that are underway to prevent three birds from going extinct in Ireland: the curlew, the corncrake and the hen harrier. Speakers include Ryan Wilson-Parr is project scientist for the Hen Harrier EIP Programme, Kathryn Finney of BirdWatch Ireland works on the Curlew EIP while John Carey of the National Parks and Wildlife Service is coordinator of the recently launched Corncrake LIFE project.

    Great to bring attention to these birds that need our help... 1 thing that I noticed that the north of Ireland was missing from your map.. surely to save these birds we need everyone on the entire island and would make sense to have an all Ireland strategy ?
