    Hi sir, i am doing my mbbs abroad, and now i am in my final, do you think doing elective " in uk", will give me a bonus point or boost my c.v despite of the cost. please share your thoughts, musch appreciated

      Hi, what's your ultimate goal - it will be the deciding factor.
      You don't need an elective in UK as a mandatory requirement.

      @@UKDreamers first of I would like to thank you for taking your precious time and reply to me. Well UK is my permanent residency as I have been living here. My Degree is from Ukraine, I studied for 3.5 offline and since the war begins I have been studying online and now I am in my final year. My goal is to stay here and work, what are the main step to follow in order to boost my portfolio.

      Attachment first coz as a visitor u can't be more than 180 days in UK

    Seriously people ... why the hell would you want to work in the UK NHS... I moved out of the UK and went to Germany. I already finished my residency and got paid around about 60k as a starting salary as a first year. And that was like back in 2016/17. Hospitals will hire anyone who basically speaks german and has a lincence.

      I would still say the pay isn't that bad. If you are single u earn enough even as a SHO. Might be slightly challenging with family & being single earner.
