U need to look at how a katana looked in the 80's ,I'm not talking about touring im talking about a useable all day every day bike , look at a BMW s1000 r that even has a 17.5 litre tank on it , a bike with that much power & a tank so small the owner will have a full time job going to the petrol station & that's not to mention that includes the reserve also
I had the 80's katana in mind when I made that comment. Handling/comfort wasn't the Katana's strength (clip ons, 19in front wheel, and weak chassis). Suzuki brought back the only two things that mattered (bodywork and strong engine) and put it into what I hope is the all day every day bike we both want it to be. You're right about the s1000 r. 17.5 liters and it's still very sleek. So no excuses I guess.
Love the design, love the subconcious connection with actual katana strokes (felt it before i saw the video). But the tail, just like the ninja 650, why is the tail so snubby and short. Looks awkward. The lines would flow so much better if the tail was extended a bit, a la R7
Lol what? The Tuono is a class of its own. Unless there is a super naked 175HP, semi-active suspension, M50 brembo out there. The closest one is superduke R but nothing else can come close. The ducati supersport is a joke. Pretty half ass bike

Minimum 17 litres needed. You'd be filling up after 80 miles. What a cock up if true.
