What personality! A very rare combination of wisdom and grace in persona. Swami Anand Arun is one of the most graceful and wise man I have seen in Nepal. स्वामी अरुण ज्यु ले ,''सन्यास भनेको नया जन्म हो /पुनर्जन्म हो त्यसैले नया नाम दिइन्छ ''भनिरहदा पुनर जन्म भनेको परम ग्यान सिद्धि हुन् / घट्नु भन्ने बुजे मैले यदि मेरो बुजाई ठिक छ भने । यदि नाममा मात्र हुने परीबर्तनले जीवनमा खासै फरक पार्दैन । त्यसैले अध्यात्म जस्तो कुरामा यति सस्तो नाम लिनु पनि हुदैन दिनु पनि हुदैन । बुद्ध नामले बुद्ध भइदैन , कृस्न नामले पनि भइदैन कृस्नबहादुर मात्र भइएला ।

what I feel truly about these so called enlightened people is that they have some psychological problems like depression anxiety and opt this way of spirituality as a means of earning bread when they do not find pleasure anywhere.They themselves are unhappy people and preach people on happiness.isn't it an irony?I believe in positive psychology as way to be happy..rest is just rubbish in the name of spirituality which encourages many egoistic grandiose like this man...people in pain need spirituality be it poor or rich..poor are also unhappy and they need spirituality bt the problem is that swami anand arun also needs to earn money.So why would he approach poor as he needs donations from the riches..selfish..serve like vipasanna on free..
