Looking Great👌I can’t wait😊
thanks Timo!
Nice man! I'm one of your supporters. 😀♥️
thanks man!
Great video, that's going to be a really sweet bike!
thanks Mike!
You are very welcome
Hey man, these motorcycles are pretty expensive her ein my country,i want to start a project a build mine, i have no clue at all, anyone knows any article that show sme what parts do i need ?
This things gonna be sweet, but make sure you put grease on the swingarm bolt because if not the bolt can seize the the sleeve in the engine and you won’t be able to get it out!!couldn't tell if you greased it or not though, love the vids
Thanks bro, i will 😉
OnTheGasFilms he doesn’t even have a swing arm yet, he will be taking it right back off.
That frame and swing arm and everything is super clean 👍👍
Thanks Mike
Wow! Looks great 👍🏽 I’m surprised you didn’t grease any of your bolts, particularly the swing arm pivot bolt and linkage bolts! They won’t come out easily next time for sure😬
i might go back and grease swing arm bolt better, it was little grease from the bearings that had been packed really well..
where did you sent your parts to get hydro blasted?
Would love to have an impact gun with an accurate torque sensor built in so you could just run in the bolt and have it torqued in one step
As far as I know you do but good luck finding a cheap one
That torque wrench but was funny. 👍
Great video as always, I can’t wait to see you ride this RMZ450.
thanks brother, watching your stuff as well. Great work Adam!
Its like a brand new dirt bike! Nice chassis, I have my 150ccsport motorcycle,I wish to change my frame and fork in a real dirt bike, ImFernado O. Galapin of Concepcion Uno, Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines. just seeing your demo of assembling the dirtbike.
Nice work Rado this bike will turn heads 😎👌
thanks brother, so will your rm125 ;)
I enjoy watching your vids. Btw what is the engine called?
Because I'm trying to build my own for grade 11 :)
I'm a bit young for asking this question
But is it possible to buy all the parts straight from the factory
And cut the amount you need to pay for a full bike?
I need skrews for my gilera smt 50 2006 model what should i buy anyone know?
Honestly it already looks sick rado
Thanks Anthony 😉
I wish I could built my own type of dirt bike.
Awesome video! Love this kind of videos, keep it up!
Biuld the wall!
Keep us Mexicans out , we mix gas too fellas on our leaf blowers hahahahaha I ride mx aswell usually at milestone
Aftermathmotomx & Aftermathmx approve this video
cool, thanks! ;)
I love the details that you put in your videos thay are very entertaining and informative. No grease on swing arm bolt?
Thanks man, grease goes on, already took it out and greased. Same for the engine bolts. Learning as I go 😉
Definitely should have gotten a xtrinq triple clamp
Can you put a gear indicator incase you dont memorize the gears pattern?
?
Can someone link the stuff he used? THANKS
what exactly do you want to know?
Have you rebuilt a rmz250 4 stroke?
no, this 450 is my first rmz to build
Consider change the music please! please!!
Its hard to find a music that is free and people like it, plus i need to like it too. What would you like ?
Holy loctite!
Woww.! 🔥🔥🔥
I learned something new at the bearings 💪😎👍
Same quality as the ktm sx 300 2004. Great job
169th.
Going to be an AWESOME bike!
Why not any grease on the swingarm axle bolt? Even if you applied a thing layer of anti seize or waterproof grease. 🤔
I will, there was some grease on from the swingarm bearing, they were over-packed.. but I am considering to pull it out and re-grease
@@dirtniron yeah but I would just put grease on the swingarm axle bolt. You don't want that to rust or anything like that.
When will you continue your assembling like watching the video hope to see the complete dirt bike?
there will be new video this weekend
@@dirtniron what is the title of the video?
The most satisfying part of a complete restoration right there!
Forgot to grease the swing arm/engine bolt
Yes I forgot 😉
I can’t wait to see this finished Rado! I just brought a 2012 rmz450, this series will probably make me buy stuff I otherwise wouldn’t 😂😂
congrats, you got yourself pretty good bike ;)
I like how the chain guard/guide Color match with decal on the fork...as always..awesome video.👍👍👍🤘🤘🤘
thanks Nicholas!
Awesome work man! Looking forward to seeing the finished product!! 👍✊👊✊👊✊
Thanks Nathan!
good jobs
Rado, the RMZ is going to Come out Awsome. Im really looking forward on it plus your YZ build Too!!!! Cant wait!👍
Thanks John, glad you like it! 😉
Hi
I like the shiny, new bolts you used! Matches the shiny new frame and motor! Really nice video!
Thanks Gabriel!
Can’t wait for the bike to be finished. Nd I love the music. It’s very relaxing
Thanks Raymond 😉
Cant wait to see this bike finished!!!
dont you want to grease the swingarm axle to prevent it to get stuck ? Just like the wheel axels ?
Yes, i did it already. All the bolts, engine, swing arm and linkage.
Guess I missed it in the vid. Tought you just assambled it arter whiping it of with the rag 😂
There was little grease left but i went back after the video and re-greased all the bolts again.
I could watch the full build in one piece with the music and love it the whole way. It is soo captivating.
Stay motovated.
Ps. Do you plan to re sell those tshirt?
thanks, glad you like it! Tshirt are available at my website, I have different designs as well: www.dirtniron.com/shop
Nice work again. But I think you should use your wrist more and the impact driver less.
Ok 😉
Good content actually shows him working on the bike not just talking majority of the time witch is good
i like to talk ;)
You should’ve just bought a bearing packer !
Yea, that would help 🙂
She is looking really good! I can't wait to see it finished! Thanks for making these videos.
thanks bro, my pleasure :)
One second: let me just tap into my inner Arnold and bear hug this 450 onto that stand over there! Boss status
hahah, inner Arnold! :) you are funny, Steven!
had to bear hug it twice, because I had to change camera angle for the shot :)
Looks nice all ready💎
Thanks Petteri!
Nice video like this build
thanks!
Loving the build but have u checked a manual as there is normally a specific pattern to tightening engine mount bolts, usually starting with swingarm then bolts thru the engine then the ones thru the mounts and frame, all shud b snugged first then torqued in correct pattern to correctly align everything and make sure nothing binds, this is very important!!!! Thanks for showing!
Thanks, i will look into it, appreciate the advice Eric
@@dirtniron no problem, all about sharing knowledge and helping the community!!!
Liking this build!👍
thanks Joseph!
Looking amazing! Great job... :D
Thanks bro!
Are you going to play with engine mounts mods (drilling for example) to get more flex from the chassis? It is said to be a game changing mod with these stiff rmz frames.
I didnt plan on doing it, havent heard much about it
Dirt N Iron pay some attention to the engine mounts on factory rmz 450. Their engine mounts quite thinner than stock to get flex. In UK some teams are drilling stock mounts to get the same for cheap. Actually, you can buy used engine mounts for 20-30$ just to try.
FYI if you pack the bearing from the other side you will get a bigger volume of grease into it which should take less time. For future reference of course.. great bike build
thanks bro, good tip ;)
@@dirtniron where do you come from???
Nice and fast good job man no messing about there bro
thanks bro!
Sick build the neon color is a great touch!
