I started watching Akirose a lot recently because I watched YT shorts. Then I visited her channel and it turned out her taste in music is Japan fantasy world like Kokia which I usually listen to when I want to sleep. I'm from Indonesia, maybe the TH-cam algorithm with that kind of music taste has already handled songs from Moona Hoshinova and Ayunda Risu. Ganbare Akichan!
This situation kinda sucks bc on one hand, the sub count number really doesnt matter too much wen u have more than 900k especially in hololive as most holomems kinda float around a mil without any significant changes to their general analytics anyway and most of the time, Aki does pretty damn well for herself in terms of viewership, live view count and consistent viewers relative even to other holomems. She also has one of the most dedicated fanbases out of every current vtuber. On the other hand, shes currently the only holomem from the mainline branch that doesnt have 1 mil subs. In my head it really doesnt make sense tht she doesnt have 1 mil subs when looking at anything except the actual sub count. Still, I'll continue to support Aki until I die and cant wait until she does hit 1 mil bc at this point it's moreso for the milestone than anything else but still, its going to be a beautiful day wen she does hit it. Way back in the day when no Holomems had 1 millions subs she lamented on stream that she seemed to have no growth as she was far behind other members. This caused the Rosetai to go and pretty much evangelise for her, which did give her a fair boost in numbers, but it also showed that while her fanbase is smaller in numbers they're one of the most dedicated. I believe Aki will reach 1 million soon enough, probably not before the New Year, but definitely in the first half of 2025. I hope she's got a 1 million subs gift in mind that'll make her happy.

I guess a lot of people must sub due to stuff like music video releases and such (that's not much of Aki's thing).
she could be. she did have a standing table, the one that you can adjust the height of. Although im not sure about it nowadays. Aki has always moved so much that i didnt even realise that she could be standing while streaming for all we know to enable all those movement. or it could be that she is just that expressive with body movements daily in irl even when sitting down. she's a dancer afterall
