Also called St Stephens Day now a days more shops in Great Britain & Ireland do reopen on the days instead of the 2 days off (1974-1986) most shops had New Year's Day off too.
No Internet, no mobile phones and lying political class . And if you want to date women social you had to go out and interact with them in public . No online dating , facebook , X . Everything was authentic in the 80s . Dreams did come true in the 1980s .
No internet but there were mobile car phones for the rich, of course. And there was computer dating but on the whole, you had to go out and meet people. As far as dreams coming true and no "...lying political class."? Well, the Tories were in power, so take off the rosy spex. :-0

sadly 90% of everyone on the adverts is long gone brown bread dead werid one min taking the cash to avertise the next gone dead no longer here scary that
