I soapy her up and let it soak on her while I washed her face with a washrag so about 8 minutes then I use a baby brush to clean her feet and legs. I noticed her feet looked black when done rinsing the fungus on most of her feet was gone. After drying her skin look really clean but not dry her hair was so shiny and had no dandruff for weeks I made some for other dogs like pits that usually have some amount of dandruff they ere all very happy. Thank you from me & my dogs

Hello again :) I know that some folks have concerns regarding using Dawn dish soap on their dog. This specific recipe is best for dealing with pesky fleas, per my notes in the description and not for everyday. When used diluted and in moderation, it should not be harmful to your pet. I did my research, asked my vet and you can even check the American Kennel Club link below that recommends dish soap to help fight fleas if you are in a pinch. In my opinion this is a better solution for folks rather than letting their dogs continue with the flea infestation, which can cause serious health risks to your dog. And if you are still not comfortable with it, simply don't use it :) It's up to the owners discretion as always. i swear dawn works on fleas! worked on my dog. he was infested when i invited anither dog in the house two yrs ago. dawn was suggested to me and it worked!!!
Just tried it. It seems to have worked (not sure yet) but the puppy had a little irritated red skin. She absolutely hates the smell lol. It’s funny how angry she is at the smell. Going around trying to stop it. (The vinegar). Coconut oil was a great addition, made her coat feel soft.

make sure you use lots of conditioner after using dawn dishsoap because it gets rid of lots of oil because its made for getting rid of oil but dogs humans and other animals need oil or they will get itchy skin

If he has sensitive skin I would stay away. This mainly is for flea treatments as a backup! You can always try the recipe with an unscented shampoo for sensitive skin that's safe for dogs, although in your case I'd buy a shampoo specially designed for dogs with dry skin! Oatmeal dog shampoo is great!
Shampoo bottles usually have a shelf life of 1-2 years. I don't know that this one would last you that long, but I've kept mine for up to a year or until I finish it. Hope this helps :)
Do not use clothing detergent! It has a lot of chemicals in it that can poison your pet. If you dont have soap you can even just use vinegar and water.
