I don't think we have any phone currently in market that fits your criteria brother. I had same criteria in 2017 and wanted a phone for my office (Camera/Internet phone was not allowed) and after many research i found a single phone Nokia 220. But today every feature phone has either vga camera or browser and not alone mp3 player. If you found any do let me know too..😊
Call quality is good in both phones brother. If you want only for calling go for 105 and if you want 4G + multimedia go for 106 4G. You can watch individual review videos of both phones on my channel to make decision.
I would suggest go for 4g phones. It will support HD calls for 4g sim, you can also use 4g sim in future and has more than 1000mah battery compared to 2g nokia phones. If your budget is tight go for Nokia 106 2g 2023 which has upi with multimedia features. By the way the 106 in this video is a 4g phone. You can find 106 2g review also on my channel.

105 is 2g phone but my VI 4g sim worked because VI sim also has 2g support. Jio has only 4g support. I think Bsnl sim should work.

Manual call recording option available in Nokia 106 4G. Nokia 105 doesn't have call recording.
