No pain..but can feel a small soft lump...in that same location...

Thanks for this video. I have some hip osteoarthritis but also all the symtoms of a pulled groin muscle. The doctor says it's all my hip. I get pain all the way down to my knee and ankle sometimes. Getting up or in and out of cars can be incredibly painful. Could all this possibly just the hip? The doctor says I don't have a pulled groin although he only took and xray and not an MRI. Thanks!

Yes it can cause referral pain to the testicles.
