What's up everybody! Another video coming at you with some general guidelines for feeding Burmese Pythons. Remember that this is a general base for you to use and manipulate as needed.
I was extremely nervous about getting my first boa constrictor but thanks to your amazing information I feel ready. Thank you and keep on going you’re amazing 😁🤩
Full of bull shit! These Burmese python are destroying the Florida everglades at an alarming rate and now, not only other native species are being eliminated by these monsters snakes, they are breaking down the ecosystem. People who own these killer's usually get it in the end, when the snake is full grown it is most likely to eat it's owner. I'll seen it time after time, usually Burmese kill babies, it's a favorite of the snake. For all of you idiots out there who have snakes as pets just remember: a study was done on these killer's and the study found out that a full grown python will go after a baby then to eat it's natural pray, which consists of deer, rats or mice, brids and other samll animals. Think about it
dont know if anyone gives a damn but if you're bored like me atm you can stream all of the latest movies on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my brother for the last days :)
Hi Jason I just recently got a baby hypo Burmese she is gorgeous she is so Beitey I was holding her once a week and was told to stop doing that what is your suggestion
As long as she is eating and doing fine otherwise I would actually increase the handling Too Short sessions may be 5 to 15 minutes everyday or every other day. If you check it out I just made a video maybe two or three videos ago.
Our girls probably around 3 years old and is the same sort of size as the one in the video. She started as an awful feeder but we got there in the end. Amazing animals
Hi! Great video. It's very helpful to me. I have 3 burms pet. I'm just worried about not feeding them during times they show "feeding signs" coz they move like anytime they would strike-wrap and I find it difficult to handle them during that state. Please advice me how to not feed them during feeding signs. Thanks
That lady is just a tad bigger than my two year old MALE 😄 Anyways, I feed him every tenth day, although the rats are a little bit thinner than he is. He's not skinny and he grows about an inch a month. Should I continue feeding him like this or is it better to feed him larger prey more seldom? Great content as always, man! Love your videos! ❤
I have to admit when you said that burm was 4 I almost fell out of my seat lol. What would you think of a burm that was also 4 years old, never power fed, 120lb, probably 10'-12.5', very active between meals.
I have a question, I'm caring for some snakes for a pal, and I'm worried about the one albino Burmese female, about a year old I think. She is shedding badly, its like each scale is shedding individually. Do i need to take my friends snake to the vet? I would love ur feed back on this please...
Sounds like the enclosure is way too dry. You need to remember that Burmese pythons are tropical species and need very high humidity. I would try to soak in some shallow water or put in a container with a damp paper towel for a little bit. That should hopefully moisten the shed up and allowed to come off
Jason I've only had my burm for a month shes gonna be 9 months old but she ate 3 times for me and I tried twice she wont take it she acts like she will but wont and I didnt change anything I'm just not sure what to do please help
No maybe I should try that but she has eaten 3 times for me and again tonight I tried I waited like 4 or 5 more days and she wont take it idk its driving me nuts
Wonderful video, love your straight forward approach to explaining your way of feeding, do you every feed other things to your snakes such as chickens or quail? Beautiful girl thank you ever so much for sharing and best wishes always..
Hay Jason, great video!! I sent you a message a wile back. Would be very interested in a video on treating for parasites when you get imported animals. We all assume they have been treated but it would be nice to be able to do it myself if nessesary. Thanks for all the great video's!!
Hi, I have recently got a Burmese Python, she is 9mths old and has been feeding fine with the previous owner. Since getting her she has not eaten or pooed? She is on large weaner rats but despite encouragement she will not take her meal. She has not fed now for 3 weeks and I’m concerned. Her viv temp is 70-75f so no concerns there. She has just been treated for mites, could this be a reason why? Any ideas guys?
Could be the mites stressed her out but temps are too low. You want to shoot for around 90 on the hot and 80 on the cool. I made a video on basic boa care that may help
Jason's Exotic Reptiles Thanks so much for replying back. I am going to try and feed her again on Tuesday next week. The mites seem to have cleared up nicely so hopefully that was the reason she was off her food. In relation to the temperature, she seems to be spending most of her time in the cool part of the viv, away from the heat. Do you think I should increase the heat to 90f? Just want to make sure I am doing everything right by her Jason. What do you think could be the reason for her not pooing? She has not toileted since I got her 3 weeks ago. I have tried bathing her as I have heard that this can help? Thanks so much for your help, it’s much appreciated 👍🏼
If I got a hatchling Burmese python, which I’m extensively researching, what size mice should I get from the get go? I need to make sure I have food on hand but I haven’t seen the hatchling yet. Any help at all would be much appreciated!
i have the same burmuse python same collor same size ... but i dont know what is it male or famele can you make eny video from Burmuse python sex please? thnx ... sorry for my english!! my snake is 4 years old it can grow more?

If you want lots of eggs but not a lot of lifespan feed it heavy AF but if you don’t want as much eggs but bigger lifespan more moderately

Thanks for the awesome video Jason!

Fantastic burm feeding vid
Thank mike!
Great information Brother...😎👍🏼
Thanks man!!
How long does it take for them to digest? Like how long till we can bring them out to handle
Great video, that was one active burm.
Thank you! And yeah she musked me about a minute in when she hissed lol.

I recently saved to the Boas that where very under weight how should I feed them to bring them up to weight
Just feed them normally depending on age. Every few weeks a prey that is about the same girth as the widest part of the body.
Looks and sounds great. Do some care on super dwarf reticulated pythons
I dont have any retics, but I'll see what I can get for help from a fee breeders.

I'll see what I can put together.
But what we have to feed weekly a Burmese? For the new born Burmese
What’s a good temperature range for burns?
Love your videos man!
Hi! May I ask if it is okay to feed a snake in its enclosure?
You're so handsome! Love the little video edits too 👌

The sound, it's great on the new camera. The video is maybe a bit too bright(?)
Yeah I agree. Going to have see what I can do about the brightness.

I usually go for small adult mice to start them as babies out of the egg
Hi
Thanks up!! Thanks for checking the video out!
O man what happen to the karcken vid
Going to post it tomorrow or Wednesday. Spread it out a little.
Ok sweet I was really interested in that vid lol lol can’t wait to see it
you didn't tell what's the physical appearance when they're ready to eat.
Do you find the Burms hard to sell with all the crap that’s been going on?
Nooo, burms will always sell fast
thanks dude
i have the same burmuse python same collor same size ... but i dont know what is it male or famele can you make eny video from Burmuse python sex please? thnx ... sorry for my english!! my snake is 4 years old it can grow more?
Every snake is special
Thanks for the video, it's helpful. What kind of food do you feed them? I assume rats at first.... Is it important to vary the type of food they eat?
I start everything off on mice. I personally do not feed rats until the animals are old enoight to take small rats.
I get asked alot how do you keep trim considering I drive for a job. I say get a big snake and give up the gym. 😂😂
I provide my 1 year old male Burm a large rat once a week and sometimes every two weeks. 🐀 🐍
Sorry me English is Not so Shit !!! I come from Swizerland !!! 1. Question your Rack's ? Is this from TPC or TPR ??? SORRY The Name from The Firm i cant No more say Sorry !!! Question You think this Racks ar fine super or Shit ????
Hi Lars! They are Freedom Breeder, but I do not think they are available outside the United states.
