He isn't that little really, you can call him short, but he probably walks around at like 155 pounds, that puts him at about the average weight of an adult man who isn't fat. As you can see Henry is built wide, a big head and a wide torso, so he makes up in girth for his shortness. The average guy who is only Henry's height would only be more like 130 pounds in weight.
And plus...he is MEXICAN!

From a bodybuilding perspective, you have to admire the physique of Aljamain Sterling. He is absolutely shredded, fabulous muscle insertions and muscle bellies, perfectly proportioned abs, symmetrical, and just a beautiful aesthetic body overall. Nothing but respect.

As much as i am a DC mark, Aljamain made a salient point: DC was the Olympian and Jones was not. In the octagon, the wrestling pedigree didnt matter.
Weve seen wrestlers with "better pedigrees" either get out wrestled, or their wrestling become a non factor in their game plenty of times. Last we saw Henry, he was primarily a stand up fighter, near exclusively. He hardly used his wrestling. Anyone think he could keep up with the unheard stat of Merab shooting 40+ times? Maybe he could....???
