- This one has been sitting for a few years but we’ll get it back into shape. Stay tuned as we clean this 2004 Mercury Marauder up and get it back on the road.

When I was searching for my Marauder I wanted a blue car. I didn't find one. I found a few black cars but didn't want that color. I finally found a DTR car and I am very glad that I did. It is very beautiful. I often open the garage door just to look at it.

I'm very glad to see you take on another MM project. I began watching your channel because of your Black MM and you were the only one that has shown me how to repair the door handle panels on my Vics, GM's and MM's. I'm excited to see the end result for this beautiful TR. I have an 04 Silver Birch Sunroof 300B and an 03 Black 300A; along with a few LX Sports and Grand Marquis'. Good luck on the build. I'm locked in. Great video bro. I have a 04 300 B marauder with sunroof. No supercharger tho😔...it was one of my 2 my dream cars. Had it since 2017 and it brings me alot of joy and memories 😌 I'll be watching the journey of this marauder your working on. Good luck my friend!!!

Is the mass air flow sensor stock
I also look forward to this series. I noticed that both, your marauder and this one have cone inlet air filters, that are different than in other panther cars I’ve seen. Is that standard?
No these are both K&N filters. Marauders had an airbox very similar to the Grand Marquis and Crown Vics. It just so happens both of our cars have cold air intakes.
That’s not a catch can on the car. It’s a brake booster. I gave it to Mike (the owner).

Let's go! I got a 03.with 4.10 gears. headers. and tuned by MartyO. 1-2 shifts bark hard. Smile every time 😃. I wanna do the cobra swap and 6 speed. Ok maybe 5speed

@@GlovedUpGarage Im having a hard time finding the right Marauder for me. Some are beat up, and some dont have the options i want. They're getting scarce.
@@ricosan7341 they only made 11,052 over a two year span. As rare as that seems they’re still out there. Check out the Facebook groups and the forums. Eventually you’ll find the one.
Getting to work on an m112 eaton swapped car is gonna be pretty cool. I’m workin on same deal kinda using the m122.
That sounds like an awesome plan. Using the Cobra Engineering plate will allow you to use the M122 from a 07-10 GT500. The M122 is much more efficient than the older M112.
A little FYI on tires I have the Cooper xeon on mine they are amazing the car rides better then my Cadillac with Goodyear on it and handling is great on it also. My father was the original owner and said the Coopers seem better then the original tires I think they were BFG.
The Coopers were my second choice after the Nittos. I had them on my 2010 SHO and they were great. Definitely much better than the BFG’s that came on the cars.

I have a Lincoln town car and a mercury. Both have a 4.6 v8. I don't have that set of valve covers that say 32v
@@natedog01able because this is a Marauder not a Grand Marquis. There is a big difference.
