I can honestly and truthfully say that you have said the truth. The initial instance when I involuntarily departed from my physical form occurred without any deliberate effort. Back then, I was entirely unfamiliar with such phenomena. I remember reclining in a dimly lit room, engrossed in a sound, when suddenly, I found myself observing my own body from the vantage point of the ceiling. It feels like you'r in the center or in the in between , it happened right before sleep; it's hard to explain. I remained fully aware, with a mixture of confusion and curiosity enveloped me. You do have to go back in your body which cause some fear. It's different than imagining viewing, I do that too but it's done differently. It's challenging to encapsulate the intricacies of these encounters here, but I've encountered various what I'd describe as spiritual journeys. Some proved unsettling, prompting me to refrain from revisiting certain layers. Through my experiences, I've come to understand that there are distinct layers to these experiences.

I get it that we put names to objects that are really clumps of matter, including ourselves. I'd not considered the places we live too so I found that interesting. Having had two out of body experiences, whatever they are, I experienced not me and it now feels as if the ego (the all about me) has dislodged and hovers to the side leaving a no me in the seat of what feels like the void. I experienced something on this Easter Sunday It was about 10.00 This experience will shock you.Waking after a deep sleep. Looking in front of me with open eyes I witnessed a bundle of cables in red blue green .I quickly wanted to touch I raised my hand and it disappeared. I called for my granddaughter who was in the lounge and asked weather she was okay.Soon after I heard a loud explosion. My granddaughter also heard this. I quickly ran to my window. All I saw was neighbors from opposite side was flashing lights to see what had happened. There was no sign of anything My son and his friend was also discussing about the explosion. There was nothing found.
I am so bombarded by my own thoughts, emotions, imagination and sense perceptions that I feel locked in this illusion of existence. Today I feel tired it was from the weekend and last night I woke up just after 12.8am after having a deep sleep. Wide awake watching someone like were watching over me. As soon as I gazed at it,It disappears . The descriptions are different. This happened many times to me. Never comes close to me. Last night we had heavy thunder, lightning and rain. This was the first time it happened frequently. Sometimes everything remains quite for a long time. 🙏🙏🙏✨️❤️
I wonder if my genealogy liniage we fall in the larger amygdala smaller hypocampus category. I should look at my last MRI to check. I don't really exist much in my "body" my consciousness is often scattered to the 4 winds. I have been working on inner body experience to ground myself more into the now presently. I can easily get lost in non locality, disassociating sending my consciousness to these external awareness that aren't part of my personal individuation's scheduled experience. I have remotely experienced what someone else is experiencing and have had out of body experiences. Hence the MRI looking for tumor. Fortunately, I am healthy. I am studying energy healing techniques, its helping me manage my tendency to disassociate into an external experience and center myself in awareness of what immediate qualia I am dealing with. It's discombobulating and has been happening more frequently over the last 7 years. I wonder if having a child shifted my neurobiology to be more sensitive. I am very interested in hearing more!
