My favorite paint color is Sunday Tea. The buffet is gorgeous and it's my favorite piece but honestly, they all look wonderful.. In particular, thank you for rescuing the roadside piece; instead of filling up landfills, it is so much better to recreate and reuse! Also, the price that "thrift" store charged for nightstands in that condition is price gouging in my opinion. But the wood grain technique you showed produces a really convincing effect and I'm glad you were able to make a nice profit of that pair. You have been REALLY busy :)
It’s so hard to choose a favorite because you chose the perfect color to compliment each piece. I always lean toward dark paint colors HOWEVER I need to get Sunday! It’s literally the perfect neutral I’ve been looking for and I can’t wait to try something similar to what you did on a piece of furniture😀
Love all the colors. My favorite is Sunday Tea. You definitely turned lemons into lemonade. All really beautiful. Thank you for sharing your process with us.❤
I totally agree - the right colour makes all the difference between sell or not sell. I think both beige colours are my favourite, but I'm leaning more towards the road trip. Good luck with your projects!
I always enjoy watching those lemons turn into delicious lemonades. I'd have to go with Sunday tea but licorice is a close second. Keep up the good work deep in the Heart of Texas
I would love to try the Sunday tea! I have a couple of pieces that have turned orange oak on me and I would love to replicate your first piece partially painted with the drawers stained. Thank you!
My favorite is also the Sunday Tea! Looks like all your subscribers have great taste as this seems like the overall favorite. Love all your pieces, though. Everything looks really beautiful!
Sunday Tea is my favorite. I just did my first piece of furniture, a desk. I just started so I really don't know what is popular in my area. It has been on FB Marketplace for 4 days and no hits. Thank you for sharing your techniques. I learn so much from you. Hugs and blessings always
It has to be Sunday tea. It made the buffet look beautiful. Licorice is 2nd and Road Trip with the brushed techniquemade me want to try on a dresser I have. Thanks for the video.
I love the navy bureau since I recently did my own dining room set in navy and also did my first reupholstering . You can teach an old dog new tricks. Started painting with my own cabinets at 72 and that led to flipping furniture. Three years later, I'm addicted !!
These were all great, as usual…. My fav was Grandma’s Buffet and the paint color “Sunday Tea”, a fun name. Thanks again for always inspiring ! - Jill 😘
Agreed Kathy❤ I love Navy Blue but I was told and PLEASE tell me if you have ever heard of this or have found this has happened to you…..that you are never to paint your bedroom or bedroom furniture in Blue of any shade as it stops or doesn’t allow for a GOOD and deep night’s sleep?? Color is very important before bed and Blue walls or furniture is a NO. 🤷🏼♀️ Weird thing is, at the time I had a Navy Blue bedroom suite and my BFF loved it so I gave it to her as I was buying a new set…… I slept like a log after that Blue Furniture was gone……..yikes 🤷🏼♀️
I loved the Sunday Tea buffet when it was finished. It was simply beautiful! Definitely my favorite. However, I thought the navy blue dresser, once changed to your client’s requested black was really stunning. That one surprised me just how different it looked from the original 80’s styling. You always have such lovely inspiration.❤
