I have 18 year old Hottop purely manual operation with added K type thermocouple into beans, external digital meter, how long is the delay for next roast? What's the delay time for preheating for second roast?

I cannot answer you this question since I don't know the setup. But you should be able to figure it out yourself after 2 or 3 roasts.
With the new 2K+ roaster is it capable of roasting 300gm loads?
