DUDE! I found your video while searching for what could be wrong with mine. I have contacted BOTH Kuryakyn AND Cyclegear. BOTH of them are coming up with BS excuses to not stand behind their product. Kuryakyn says "you have to contact the vendor", the vendor (CYCLEGEAR) says "you're not the original owner. That is correct, I bought my bike from the guy who bought the sound bar and it crapped out within a WEEK (after being caught in a light rain). Also, admittedly, I am outside the "one year" warranty they offer BUT.... that would be fine IF this shit cost 80 bux. However, when they charge $450 for a piece of equipment (non wearable equipment), basic business ethics dictate some assistance. I emailed them a copy of the original order summary..... no response. I'm gonna try again but so far, I'm in the "Fuck Kuryakyn and Fuck cyclegear" camp. I'll eat these words if they man up and correct their shit. I should just try your technique but I don't wanna end up stuck with 2 shitty devices. Side note - the sound was GREAT but my Dyna looks way better without it 😎 Hope your new one works for as long as it should!

Well so we were supposed to attend that yesterday, we had it all planned out, but Momma mistakenly thought it was today, when our friend messaged us to ask if we were there she was heartbroken. I guess it wasn't meant to be this year bummer.
So, is to still working??? I really want one to put on my mini motorcycle, but they are up to 500 bucks now, I shoulda grabbed one back when they were 300!! Flirting with saving a 150 bucks and buying used but I think I'll probably run into problems doing that, what are your thoughts???
It’s electronic so anything can happen I don’t usually buy those used, no further issues been working great and it’s been through about every weather condition
Same thing happened to me as well. I bought mine used. And that happened to me once so far. But you just have to unpair and pair it back again. I think that's how mine started to work again. Glad you have a new ome...

I have had no other issues with the new one, I get you hesitation to use my solution its a risk for sure, I will say it did work for me with no issues
