The entire iLL MiND series is amazing. I remember listening to the first iLL MiND when it first dropped back like 15 years ago and instantly getting hooked. Hopsin has been in my top 10 ever since.

Been listening to Hop for over 10 years now, they came to my town during the funk volume tour 2012, walked up and he was playing a game of skate with fans outside the venue (as he usually did everywhere he went) got all their signatures on a white Tshirt I wore, still hanging in my closet, talked with Swizzz in the bar area, really nice guy and was engaged in the convo with me, saw Jarren and Dizzy headed to the roof to prolly smoke, I really wanted to follow them up 😂 I miss those days haha. 🤙🏼

5 was the first time I ever heard Hopsin and it was honestly one of the best songs I had heard in years. Just 5 minutes, no hook, and spitting hard truths. Since then, Hopsin has been my all time favorite rapper.
I love how you don't even need to Google him or Wikipedia. Just listen to his songs and you can hear his entire life story. He writes all his songs and makes all his beats. Just an insane talent in every way.

I am behind this youngmans message but to parents with kids in the age group he is addressing its not his place to be delivering this it's yours but I am proud that he chose to devote his talent towards this shows his devotion to his culture and the culture should be proud to have someone like him
He came to Maine years ago and the crowd sang every word to this song and you could tell how impressed he was with a crowd full of white people reciting every bar. He took the contacts out and was walking around the crowd after his performance and literally no one recognized him without the contacts but me and my friends. They are both calling out the negative aspects of what the music is glorifying and how it has real effects on those that consume it. I think it is why I like these two artists so much.
