Brother - Thank You! I watched this about a year ago, then picked up a pellet grill not long after. Tried many things and finally getting around to the cod. It's really smoking now and can't wait to give it a try. Thank you for sharing your cooking gifts!

On the Keto diet or low carb I will need to try this out. While wtaching it I remember back in 1970 when i was a teenagre living in Gary, Indiana. Salmon fishing was just taking off on Lake Mich. My friend had small boat and we would do well catching them, but we found the best way to cook them was smoking, all I had back then was a smoker that has electric hot plate you put wood chips on, but it did the job the fish was dry but had a great smoke taste. I'm retired living in Iowa now must go out to the fish store verse the biig lake for the fish.

Good Job. I am waiting on delivery of a Green Mountain grill. Looks like the way to go. In the past i have only done brisket, pork and chicken on other smokers. I will have a learning curve doing fish. God Bless You. Acts 2:38

I am glad you like your GMG Daniel Boone. I had a DB and upgrade to a Jim Bowie Prime. I have been impressed by the GMGs. Always good to see your face brother! We love ya! By the way, you might want to check out "Pimp My Grill". He provides a lot of various upgrades to the GMG that you might like (I have no connection with him at all...just love his site). I got the Grill Gasket tape from him and it made a world of difference!

Greetings from Canada. Thanks for the video uncle d. I’ve got some largemouth bass (from my freezer) dry brining in the fridge right now. Your style: old bay + lemon pepper. Let’s see how it goes

I didn't think smoked fish would take that long to cook 🤔
