Just bought one for my son. Great value with Hyundai and dealer discounts. Adequate acceleration, great interior space and decent fuel economy. Well equipped with safety features and good exterior design. Overall a great value!
@@rexonpadre864 Only owned the car for nineteen days, no problems so far! Mine is an SE base model window sticker $23, 564. If you can afford it I would recommend getting an SEL. You get push button start vs key, larger wheels and a nicer interior; however, same power train and exterior design.
@@jackmemphis777 you’re right. Starting 2021 Elantra, they have a new simple engine (atkinson cycle). Transmission is not GDI. Planning to get one. Thanks.
I’m about to a week in on mine , same model and love it so far. What’s surprised me the most is just how smooth and quiet it is. My commute to work is city driving with a decent amount of stop and go and I’m averaging over 30mpg on that commute.
Bought the silver 2024 Elantra SEL for my daughter today. We live in Vegas. The price out the door was $30 grand! She got the convenience package with 17-inch tires, upgraded mags, moonroof, 14 in car stero speakers and shimmering silver color, and 12 inch cluster computer infotainment screen. This car being shown is completely stock. Her Elentra is beautiful. she was involved in a t-bone wreck with her 2020 Elantra. Her car was struck on the drivers door at 50 mph. The other driver ran a stop sign and did not apply breaks. She got out with 2 small bruises on the left leg. The steel door came 12 inches into cab. Thank God she survived wreck with 2020 Elantra.
@@jackmemphis777 nope. I am just concerned about the recalls. I am a toyota guy eversince. The issue with toyota is waiting time. Elantra is readily available in 2 months. I want to order one
@@rexonpadre864 the Elantra is available right now, every single trim level is available for pickup whenever. Same with Toyota dealership (near me at least), I went there a few days ago and test drove the SE and LE 2025 Toyota Camry. I really liked the Camry but overall I got way more value with the Elantra. Even though the Elantra is more comparable to a Corolla in terms of size, the Corolla just looks boring and slow
I’m only a week in on mine lol, so far so good. It’s very quiet and smooth driving. Your covered bumper to bumper for 60k miles or 5 years. Hyundai had a rough patch between 2015-2019 with the engines but from what I can tell seems to have been corrected. Follow severe schedule for oil changes. About every 4-5k.
PLease youtube allow me to say this without blocking me: WHAT THE HELL HYUNDAI DID TO ELANTRA? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT CAR? ---- THIS CAR IS HORRIBLE FROM BEHIND AND THE FRONT UGLY AS HELL. WHY THEY DISTROY THE ELANTRA?

@@rexonpadre864it's a brand new car 😂 it's not gonna have any reliability issues until way down the road. They have 100k warranty too
