literally brand new for the price really cant complain....good for single guy who wishes to stay for 3 to 6 months or longer cheap apartments just need to furbish it and install WiFi .....thanks Leon good find and close to Walking street..

The wifi area would make a very nice apartment in its own right with enough space if it was converted into an apartment with the balcony. the others seem very nice, albeit rather small. That said, another great video Leon and hope you, Shaira & Georgy are doing well.
