It is not located in downtown Angeles City, it is 250 meters behind ABC Hotel, 100 meters from Prime City Asia. It is 150 meters from Checkpoint.
One problem tho, the rent is alittle high for the place and location, u can get a pent house in bgc for that money, just saying 🤷♂️
Month to month would be good way to go, keep you free for travel. Sort of AirBnBish
