I can't believe Rose is finally playing life is strange. This game has a special place in my heart lol at the time of release it was really difficult to wait months for the next chapter to be released, I think this had a special effect on the experience, all the tension of not knowing what was going to happen and having to wait for the answer was both suffocating and sensational
There's an interesting piece of weirdness in this section of the game. When you're saving Chloe the game tells you categorically that anything in your inventory stays there, that changing time does not change it being in your inventory. When you saw David bullying Kate you took a photo of him doing so. That would be in your inventory. Then you rewound time to interrupt him doing so. According to the game, changing time does not change what's in your inventory. So from that point on, if the game's own rules are consistent, you have a photo of something that didn't happen in the timeline you continue in.
I haven't played this game since it came out, so it's really cool to watch someone playing it for the first time!! I hope no one spoils the story for you, it's such a cool game to experience!

I love the symbolism of the butterfly so much I got a tattoo of it ( I'll even try to show you on twitter when you read this!) Long story short my cousin passed away at 10 years old and I always wanted to have that ability to rewind time. So I got the tattoo of the butterfly with rewind on it to show how much I miss her.❤ I hope you enjoy this game as much as I did, and there are other games DONTKNOD and Square Enix also made similar to this one!💖💖
Reading the journal - or at least the character blurbs gives you some info on stuff.... for instance you'd have known that you had Chloe as a childhood friend before you and your family moved away from Acadia Bay.... and you'd have known that Max had angst about trying to reconnect with Chloe.
Look... if you have to must the sound, mute the sound.... just make sure YOU"RE listening to the actual music in all these games YOURSELF. The music really is another character in these games. Also... don't listen to people complaining about the game going "Slow" One of the best things about all the Life is Strange games is that they encourage you to slow down and luxuriate in the details.
