Good in theory but I have one and I’ve got complaints. Basically, don’t buy one. I’m trying to deal with warranty stuff now and with expensive and bulky products I have no faith in the warranty process. The first one was sent to graingers damaged so it took almost 6 months to get one. I used it one time and it wasn’t smooth coming down. Used it a second time and the ladder was warped ridiculously. I couldn’t extend past 30’ and had a heck of a time getting it back down. For $1500 I’m pissed. It’s big so there’s no way to get it in a house. It sits on top my van. I can’t imagine the sun warping it but there’s no other explanation. I’ve had it 10 months
You can find the Hyperlite on Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, and many other dealers! I believe they all offer free shipping or free pickup on this extension ladder.
Where did you hear that? Here is the documentation on the SumoStance warranty: littlegiantladders.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/1_year_limited_warranty.pdf We make the lightest and most innovative OSHA/ANSI approved 375 lbs duty rated extension ladders in the world and therefore have all the parts needed to build these ladders. Before commenting on hearsay, call our world-class customer experience team, don't just make things up.
@@marvinalexander3027 Hmm, I just looked up the manual for part number 18816 (which is the hyperlite sumostance) and it says to call customer support at 800-453-1192, and then details the warranty for the unlikely event that there are manufacturing defects cdn.littlegiantladders.com/documents/29/81919%20v5%205.20%20%20manual,%20hyperlite,%20eng%20fre%20spa.pdf
I love the spam from people that can’t afford these ladders. By far the best ladders on the market.
Appreciate your comment! We do love the HyperLite and SumoStance ladders!
I vote for a SumoStance add-on accessory with adjustable legs for all ladders.

Little Giant Ladder Systems do you make stack ladders for window cleaners?
Neat concept. I hear they will not repair problems under warranty and no parts are available.
