majestic. it should be a state…or national…landmark. looks pretty close to the original now if we could get get the late model dirt series anywhere close to where it used to be when 50 plus cars from coast to coast show up with cars and resumes that say they could win it or hope to get in it
@@thetravelingunderwood my god i can imagine. The video history keeps popping up, this place looks majestic, should be a state landmark at a minimum. Having said that….i saw a pic from the 70s of Nece and Dorus Wisecarver driving by the….grandstand? This place used to have a grandstand? And they tore it down? I need a book on this. In any event, put this weekends race back where IT BELONGS and i will SEE FOR MYSELF
@@thetravelingunderwood Did you attend races in the 90s- early 2000s? I have questions, starting with who are the announcers? The main announcer at Stars tracks…friggin’ great. He sounds like the man on the microphone greeting aliens…or warning us they are here….in several 1950s UFO films lol. Theres always reverb in his mic that adds to that sound lol.
@@MrChristopherHaas It was pretty cool. He was a great announcer. I have been going to races since 1975. I've rarely missed races at Pennsboro. I have many great memories there.
@@thetravelingunderwood whats his name. maaaan he was really good. So informative, really adds to qualifying broadcasts. Blows away all but 1 flo announcer wherein they spend too much time talking about themselves lol.
Racing on Thursday night was amazing. The modern faster cars put on a great show here
It was a great race. I wasn't sure how the modern cars would do but they did very well.
👍
Underwood, how bout them eers??

It is cool to see it again. It Wii be interesting to see the cars back on the track.

Thank you so much. I will be out there on Saturday or Sunday afternoon if that will work.
Guess we was all wrong. 😂😂
It is one time I was happy to be wrong. They still have work to do but they should be able to get it finished.
