As always, love your videos. My wife got me the non tanto cat variation for Christmas last year. I absolutely love it. So comfortable in the hand. The quality is what you would expect from Tops!
I’m glad you’re doing these Tops reviews- am leaning towards getting one of their top quality but more expensive knives due to your experiences with them .
Nothing like walking through the outdoor country with a knife on one’s side big or small, I had my Bowie on my side even the flies wouldn’t bother me 😂 I felt invincible or was that insane? I was asked this morning what am going to do with the small collection I have? I replied, I’m taking it all with me, we both laughed of course, the truth is if I’m enjoying it then no matter who gets them I hope they do too, keep them all from harming anyone then they’re worth collecting and passing on❤ Funny thing about buying a car it always suits a person after awhile, put a butter knife on oneself and the enemy will keel over laughing 😂🤔
I’ve also moved away from tanto style blades. I’ve sold the only two I’ve owned. Just wasn’t for me. I totally understand their purpose but for someone who uses blades for edc, carving & bushcraft it’s not really an ideal design. Love my Tops puukko. Probably sees the most rotation here lately.
My favorite Tops knife is the El Pionero with sharpened top edge. It is very manuverable in the hand. It's slim lightweight and comfortable to carry.
I’ve been wanting a Tops for awhile now. Soon real soon. Thanks for the video
Any time!
Thank you for sharing great video!
My pleasure 🙂👊
@@user-ku6ct7mp5p I just realized who’s username this was haha!

You will be glad you did brother! Worth every penny
Those Tops knives look awesome. I have never owned one but heard so many good reviews of them. Cheers 🇺🇸 🇳🇿
Thanks for watching!
I just purchased this can't wait
TOPS knife always nice!
I just got 1 still waiting for it to be mailed but this makes me think I’ve made a great choice
Check out Station 9. You like reverse edge their Number 12 Undercover and the Le Griffe models have a serrated back edge. They look bad to the bone.
A good folding saw and Tops CAT is good to go, survival.

Heck yeah!
This looks like their bob brown scout with tanto. Now I need this too😂😂😂
Haha! 🙂👍
I am going to get one.
One of the best horizontal carry knives I have ever worked with👍👍
Can the clip be adjusted for appendix scout carry?
It sure can 👍👍it rotates all the way around and it’s one of the best scout carries ever because of its length
🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥🔥

Tops has hooked me good haha! I’m sure that Puukko is awesome! Tantos are good fighters but definitely not a bush craft option for me
Have you ever looked at the NedFoss Tanto? I believe the model is called the Dragon
I have not my friend. They keeps sending me axes to review and no knives haha
We all are stronger pulling than pushing. Simple biomechanics of the human body.
Got a question for you. How do you see this vs. the SAW 2.0? I am interested in picking up one of these.
I personally was much more drawn to the SAW. The look and feel is next level
@@411Outdoors Thank you for taking time out of your day to respond. Saw it is.
If it had a more neutral handle it could be used edge in or out. I’m not anti finger grooves but I think they are missing a trick there.
