Lisa is the popular Kpop Idol in the world (male or female), with over 100 million IG followers. Lisa (think Rihanna of Kpop) is often ranked as the best rapper and dancer in all female Kpop. The Blackpink TH-cam Channel took over the number 1 spot for most subscribers by any musical act 3 years ago from Justin Bieber. They had the most successful world tour of any female group including the Spice Girls, selling out back to back nights at Giant 's MetLife Stadium (only other female acts to accomplish that feat are Beyonce and Taylor Swift). BTW, they just didn't perform at Coachella, they Headlined at Coachella. Also, they aren't just another set of pretty faces. Jennie (think Beyonce of Kpop) has a unique combination of rap, singing and dancing talent and has historically been ranked as the most popular female Kpop Idol for the past several years. Jisoo (think combination of Jennifer Lawrence and Lana Del Rey of Kpop) has unique deep bluesy vocals and is considered one of the most, if not the most influential global fashion brand ambassador in the world (global ambassador for Dior and Cartier) and has been ranked as the Most Beautiful Woman in the World 2 years running by British entertainment magazine Nubia based on world-wide surveys. Jisoo is also an award winning Lead Actress in Drama. Rose is the Taylor Swift of Kpop. If you like The Killers Read My Mind, check out Rose's cover of that song to begin to understand her talent as one of the greatest singers in Kpop. They are a super-group, with their individual music videos being extremely successful. For example, Jisoo's music video "Flower" was the most viewed Kpop music video in 2023 by any Kpop act (male or female, group or solo). Her related album holds the record for the most sales by a solo female Kpop singer. So, Blackpink is the standard that no other group, other than BTS, has come close to matching. But I do like Babymonster's Sheesh (but not so much their Batter Up). Blackpink members assisted them in their training.
