      Thanks for stopping by you two.😁 Yes, Angie insisted having the washer/dryer was a must have when we were preparing to go full time. After traveling with us since Sept her parents decided it was time for their own. 👍 Take care you two and stay warm and cozy. 😁👍 Sean & Angie

    I don't foresee a washer in my camper anytime soon partly because that's where the litter box is. But it's good to know that it can be done and what to look out for with dryer vent location. Nice video!

      Some people want them, some need the space for other things, like storage...or a litterbox 😁. It was a must have for Angie, and in this case her mom. Happy wife happy life. 😎 Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Take care. Sean

      Thanks for watching and commenting. Angie and I have the same washer/dryer in our rig, it was a must have when we were shopping for our trailer. After traveling with us since Sept her parents decided it was time to get one for themselves. 😁 Take care and safe travels!! 👍😁 Sean

    Something about drilling a big whole in the outside of an RV just isn't right. LOL. Great job. Don

      I know right. I told Angie's Dad it was his rig so he had to drill the hole. Thanks for stopping by Don! 😁👍 sean

    We are interested in the combo unit. Sorry about the vent not being in the right spot. Glad it all worked out. We have been worried about the load size and amount of time it takes to wash and dry. Might do the stackable

      Thanks so much for watching and commenting Fabian and Becky. Angie and I have had this same combo unit for almost 4 years now. As you know most of what we do is boondock. Angie mainly washes and hang dry's. It takes about 70 minutes to do a load on setting 6 and we estimate it takes about 12 gallons of water. It is nice to have the dryer occasionally but we felt having a stand alone dryer would take up space in the rig we could put to better use. As for load size, where its just the two of us that really hasn't been an issue. The only thing we cant do is the bedspread. Take Care and Safe travels you two!! 👍🍻 Sean

      You could install one in your van Marc. 😜 Just think what a conversation starter that would be in the park ups over there. 😁 Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting it really means a lot to us. 😁👍❤️ Sean

    Do you think it's possible to install one on a trailer that doesn't have the hookups already??

    • @ouRVisionnomadicliving
      @ouRVisionnomadicliving  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Grace. Sure, but it would take some skills/knowledge in electrical and plumbing as you would need to run a dedicated 20 amp line, and you would need to plumb the hot/cold water lines into the water system and plumb the waste water into the grey tank. 👍 Thanks for watching and commenting. 😁 Sean

    Im just terrified to drill that 4" hole!!!

      I understand, it can be a bit un-nerving to drill holes into an RVs sidewall. Thanks for watching. I hope you liked the video. Sean

    Great video - I noticed you guys do a lot of boondocking with a large 5th wheel - how do you find these awesome sites where you can fit such a large rig?

      Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Being from the west we have been camping all our lives on National Forest and BLM lands. Many of the places we have showcased on our channel are places we have camped for years and are familiar with the areas. When Covid hit this year we spent a lot of time this past summer back in Utah and Idaho. When we are going to unfamiliar areas I relay on a couple of things. For many years we have followed several different TH-cam channels and have noted some of the places they have stayed. I will also you a combination of Google Maps and Federal websites to locate places we can stay at. Marc Guido did a fantastic video on how to locate suitable Boondocking sites. Here is the link to his video. Tell him Sean from ouRVision sent you after watching it. 👍 th-cam.com/video/qbIgOAkf6No/w-d-xo.html

    I’m gonna try to get a combo washer/dryer installed in an rv without the hookups, but gonna have to hire a pro to do it. Hope I find a pro who cans previously done that in my area in Texas.

    • @ouRVisionnomadicliving
      @ouRVisionnomadicliving  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am sure it can be done, but it would require not only someone who can run an independent 20 amp circuit for power, but also have to plumb it into the grey tank system, and tap into both the cold and hot water systems. I would think that could end up being quite labor intensive. Good Luck!! 🍻 Sean

    Was this washer combo ventless ?

    • @ouRVisionnomadicliving
      @ouRVisionnomadicliving  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, it's vented, that's why we drilled the hole in the side of the trailer, to vent it to the outside.
