Another huge one Kuba, thanks a lot for the content! :). Don't want to sound like a dick, but I feel to make a punctualization though. What u are cueing like "internal rotation" at the humerus (meaning to keep the elbow close to the midline of the body) is not actually internal rotation, but external rotation of the shoulder (internal rotation would result in flaring the elbows out, like u would do in an upper back/rear delt row). Hope to have been useful, loving the series so far both from the entertainment and learning perspective :)
I’m not referring to the shoulder I am cueing arm path, internal rotation at the elbow driving your elbow down and in.
Not referring to the shoulder, If you try to cue internal rotation and external rotation for clients for example they would do the opposite as most do when I cued it before.
