I know someone who did a DNA test through an ancestry site, just for fun. Both her parents were black. She always looked biracial. Her biological father was white and Swedish. She was surprised but not shocked, it explained a lot of things that she felt connected to. Her father that raised her, is her daddy and father.
So much freedom in truth and taking responsibility. Love this so much. She was conceived via a sperm donor, which she only learned in 2018... WOW, brave woman to tell her story. I don't know how I would have reacted to the news, especially at this late stage. Adoption, I can understand but a sperm donor and only just been told - she's a grown woman, married with children. Her parents should have told her much earlier. But, hey, it's their life.
The parents really didn’t owe her the truth because it was a decision a married couple decided. Her parents wanted a baby and they did what people do…. Look for solutions. Everyone isn’t able to have babies, so I’m happy her parents were able to parent an amazing woman, who is changing the world!
@@Three632 This seems to be an epidemic of sorts. There are so many parents out there choosing to feed a false narrative to their children, its quite malicious. The intention is control, for whatever reason.
I’m glad Kerry’s parents made the decision to use a sperm donor to birth an amazing person who is truly loved and changing the world with her art and knowledge.

I don’t know why she wants to go look for someone who doesn’t want to be found . It was anonymous for a reason! All these people going out trying to find their anonymous donors are jeopardizing the industry and destroying other people’s dreams of becoming a parent.
You have to be in the situation to understand. There's a feeling of wanting to understand where you come from. You become curious, what features of theirs do I have? Do I have their personality? Etc It does not distinguish the love you have for your parents who brought you up.
It's interesting that they showed her with so many costars, but not the one that seems to be the most significant, Tony Goldwyn. I wonder if that was intentional.

As much as we accept that women and people in general make a variety of choices it’s important to continue to emphasise that abortion is still morally and ethically wrong and in the event of making this kind of choice there needs to be an element of remorse that does not mean condemnation but the reality needs to be acknowledged that one has killed a human being, it makes it easy to live with this choice if we believe that the life inside of us is not a human being but believing a lie does not make it true it’s still a lie. What’s even sad is when a woman commits an abortion because it’s an inconvenient, that woman needs to think about herself being killed because she is an inconvenient we will all shout expressing our outrage at such a decision. The womb used to be the safest place for a child to be now it’s one of the most dangerous place for a child to be because the mother puts her selfish needs above the well-being of an innocent child. We talk about pro-choice the woman’s choice what about the choice of the child he or she has no voice because the mother does not deem the child worthy of having a voice it does not get more evil than that. I know there are many women who have had an abortion and this is not to bring condemnation to them however when we acknowledge that we’ve done something wrong we can move on with forgiving ourselves and encouraging others not to repeat our mistakes. Make no mistake unless we repent of this mindset and attitude we will one day stand before the living God and give an account of the life we took without a second thought.
How do you know that she has not repented. She does not have to reveal anything to you that she does not want to make known to the public. You say it’s not condemnation but that exactly what it sounds like.
