In my sophomore year of college, I decided I wanted to be happy. So, naturally, I checked out a self-help book from the library and quit reading it halfway through. Despite the disparaging review I left on the inside of the book for the next reader (which happened to be myself a year later), one thing stuck with me: play is the foundation of happiness.
